Over 12 Years Sales Management and Training. I ran a Telco Division for five years. I have set up commission schedules, set territories for the sales agents, and trained sales personnel literally in the thousands for phone sales, outside, and inside sales. I have done the hiring and firing on a small as well as large scale basis. I had to create as well as enforce work practices. I have maintained payroll and done performance evaluations. I have had to go in front of unemployment review boards on a few occasions to justify terminations of employees as well as write summaries for them on numerous occasions for terminated personnel.
